Room/Accommodation types
  • Set minimum and maximum occupancy.
  • Upload photos of each room type.
  • Specify specific rooms with a room type.
  • Allow individual rooms be available between certain dates.
Rates
  • Control sell from and sell to dates. (e.g. Can only be sold between certain dates)
  • Control effective from and effective to dates. (e.g. Only available between certain stays)
  • Rates can have a minimum stay number of nights. (e.g. Only applicable if customer stays 2 nights)
  • Apply rates to specific days of the week. (e.g. Fri, Sat, Sun)
  • Set minimum and maximum occupancy per rate.
Extras
  • Configure "Extras" which can be sold as part of the customer booking flow, or from the administration console.
  • Extras can be charged "per Reservation", "per Guest", "per Room", "per Night"
  • Control effective from and effective to dates. (e.g. Only available between certain stays)
Customer Reservation pages
  • Control the look and feel (color, fonts, shape), of the search box that appears on your site.
  • Manage the appearance of the booking pages that your customers will use.
  • Add your logo to create a fully branded user experience.
  • Set up your policies which can be displayed on the booking pages and confirmation email.
  • Specify if you want to display room images in the booking flow.
  • Customer can add free format remarks or requests to their reservation.
Reservation Management
  • Simple to use reservation search and display from within the management interface.
  • Create and cancel reservations.

  • Add your own remarks to a reservation.
  • Add payments to a reservation, view payment history, or outstanding balance.
Reports and Statistics
